As stipulated in Sections 4.3 and 8 of DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-12-0033 and Section 1 of DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-11-0031, the DOE Department Circular No. DC2017-12-0017 shall be adopted for the offering of the PDAs for petroleum development and production and PDAs for native hydrogen exploration.
