Philippine Power Industry Study Tour. The Vietnamese officials from the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), headed by Vice Minister Hoang Quoc Vuong, and the Electricity of Vietnam Corporation (EVN), headed by Vice President Duong Quang Thanh, met with Department of Energy (DOE) Chief of Staff and Undersecretary Josefina Patricia M. Asirit yesterday (January 9) along with director sand division chiefs from the Electric Power Industry Management and Energy Policy and Planning Bureaus of the DOE to get an overview of the Philippines’ power sector.
