WORLD OIL PRICES  (May 14-18, 2018 trading days)

Dubai crude has increased week - on - week by about US$ 2 . 00 per barrel. MOPS gasoline and diesel have also increased as well by more than US$ 3 . 70 and almost US$ 3 . 00 per barrel , respectively .

Reasons for the Adjustment

Asian gasoil (diesel) market

  • The Asian gasoil market was relatively steady. Demand was stable while supply was capped by ongoing refinery turnarounds.

WORLD OIL PRICES  (April 30-May 4, 2018 training days)

Dubai crude decreased week-on-week by about US$0.30 per barrel. MOPS gasoline and diesel decreased as well about by about US$0.40 and US$0.20 per barrel, respectively.

Reasons for the Adjustment

  • Fundamentals in the Asian gasoline market was balanced to slightly bearish, as buying interest remained steady while supply was expected to be high. Some supply are emerging from Taiwan and India..

WORLD OIL PRICES  (April 23-27, 2018 trading days)

Dubai crude increased week-on-week by about US$0.40 per barrel. MOPS gasoline and diesel increased as well about by about US$2.40 and US$1.80 per barrel, respectively.

Reasons for the Adjustment

  • Stable demand amid tight supply continued to support the Asian gasoil market as regional gasoil demand is rising ahead of Ramadan.
