TIMELINE
- Publication date of Nominated Area – Day 1
- Pre-Submission Conference – Day 1 plus twenty (20) calendar days
- Deadline for the Submission of documents by Applicants - Sixty (60) calendar days from date of publication by the
nominating party
- Opening of documents - Sixty (60) calendar days from date of publication by the nominating party
- The nominating party published the existence of their application in “Philippine Daily Inquirer” and "The Philippine
Star" on 26 October 2021
- Pre-Submission Conference will be held on 15 November 2021
- The nominating party and challengers must therefore submit their complete application documents at the DOE
Records Management Division, and pay the corresponding application fee of Php 200,000.00 at the DOE Treasury
Division, on or before 27 December 2021, 1100H
- Opening of application/bid documents will be held at the DOE Audio Visual Room on the same day of submission
deadline, that is on 27 December 2021, 1300H
