We are inviting interested applicants to submit their updated Personal Data Sheets (PDS) with recent photo and Application Letter to the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD). Below are the Guidelines for Application for compliance.

Guidelines for Application:

  1. Applicant must be a Filipino citizen and must meet the Qualification Standards of the position applied for;
  2. Application form (PDF/Excel) for external applicants and Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised Personal Data Sheet   / CS Form No. 212 Attachment - Work Experience Sheet ) for DOE employees and must be accomplished properly and completely. Application sent via email should be in PDF format;
  3. Applicant should indicate in the application letter the position applied for and the name of the Office/Division where the vacancy is;
  4. Application must be submitted on or before the deadline;
  5. Application will be valid for one (1) year from the date of receipt of the DOE-HRMD;
  6. For applicants who are not DOE employees, we will only contact those who have been shortlisted for further evaluation;
  7. Females are encouraged to apply to technical positions;
  8. Application not complying with the guidelines will not be processed.

Qualification Standards:

Education:

Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission (CSC)

 

Experience:

Four (4) years of supervisory/management experience

 

Training: 

Forty (40) hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last five (5) years

 

Eligibility:

CS Professional/ Second level eligibility
