REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The 2008 Philippine Energy Summit is gaining enthusiastic response and marvelous support from leaders throughout the country to discuss measures, policies and programs that would impact favorably on energy supply and demand and more importantly, energy prices.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

To give equal opportunities to various stakeholders and maintain a balanced profile of participants, participation can be made online or by invitation (see partial list of invitees). To register, please fill out the Registration Form and send it to the Event Organizer through fax no. 812-61-94 or call tel. no. 912-61-94. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Please be informed also that registration will be closed at exactly 4pm on January 28, 2008.

REGISTRATION IS FREE-OF-CHARGE and comes with the following privileges:
- Summit Info Kit
- Summit Badge
- Admission to all sessions
- Refreshments

The Summit badges will be handed over to you at the Registration Counter together with the Summit Info Kit. All participants are obliged to wear the official Summit badges during all sessions.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Due to limited time, confirmation of registration will be done by phone or text messaging (SMS).

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made to the Official Event Organizer either by phone, SMS, fax or e-mail.

REPLACEMENT

In the event that you are unable to participate in the Summit and would like to send a substitute attendee, please contact the Event Organizer.
