| The 2011 DOE Work and Financial Planning Workshop. To start 2011 in the right perspective, Secretary Jose Rene D. Almendras led the Department of Energy (DOE) Management Committee in the conduct of the 2011 Work and Financial Planning Workshop held last 21-22 January 2011 at Tagaytay City. The two-day activity was designed to discuss the sub-sector work programs of the Department for the year and seek the Secretary’s guidance and direction on emerging policy issues and concerns. This year’s annual planning exercise was preceded by a one and a half-day teambuilding session on Leading at the Speed of Trust with the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (CLCI) as facilitator. |
