  I am looking for the Energy Sector Objectives, Renewable Energy Goals, Policies & Strategies that are also available on your website. Unfortunately, the pdf file is not loading after clicked.   Hello, I am toying with the idea of moving over and building small Air Con. 4 wheel cars about 1.2 x 900mm driven by a 1-2 Cylinder Diesel engine to replace the trikes. However I need to know what your thought are on a project like this and if you think it would be viable? The advantages would be less pollution, cheap to run, Air Con. Weather proof& able to be recycled. Regards Glen Hale
