Dear Sir/madam: Besides being a local website designer & developer, I am sold at Renewable Energy especially on Wind Energy for our government’s struggling policy towards independence from fossil fuel. May I know if there are groups I could join in, or spot I could be of service to the department in the field of renewable energy. My line of personal research & study is on the Wind Turbine Generator System (WTGS). I have a deep knowledge in wind blades manufacture, rotors, planetary gears, induction generator, and WTG Control System . Mabuhay and God bless us.

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I am an owner of a gasoline staton business. I notice since last year that there a rampant stealing of fuels by lorry or fuel tanker drivers. The delivery lacks from 160 liters to 300 liters per delivery. Even though with the ullage marker inside the compartment of the lorry with a seal from the Dept. of Science and Technology. Still the drivers can tamper and manipulate the ullage marker. I would like to suggest that fuel tankers should be required to install a FLOWMETER in every fuel tanker. In this way the truck driver can not steal fuel anymore. I hope this could be given attention to avoid further losses to all gasoline station dealers. Thank you and more power to your department.
