Republic Acts
R.A. 5092 (June 17, 1967) An act to promote and regulate
the exploration, development, exploitation and utilization of energy,
natural gas, and methane gas: To encourage its conservations.
R.A. 6957 (July 9,1990) An act authorizing the financing,
construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure project
by the private sector, and for other purposes.
